To reach the Helmholtz-Institut (on the campus of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz), please leave the central train station in the direction of “Hauptbahnhof West/Taubertsbergbad” and not in the forecourt. Once you have left the station building, a path underneath a bridge will lead you directly to the bus stop “Hauptbahnhof West/Taubertsbergbad”. Now you have to get first from the station “Hauptbahnhof West/Taubertsbergbad” to the station “Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg” by public transport. The duration of the journey is around 4 minutes.
