Guidelines for submission

Your submission should include two parts: A long subtitle and a short abstract.

The long subtitle should clearly indicate the topic of your abstract. It will be published on this website. Please also name all of the authors who contributed to the submission.

The short abstract should not exceed 400 words. It will be published in the extended conference program (including all subtitles and short abstracts).

Please upload the abstract electronically via our conference management software. Register online to submit your abstract and indicate clearly which topic the abstract addresses.

Abstracts are due on 31 July 2024. All abstracts undergo a peer-review-process. There will be a feedback until 14 August 2024.
