Here we gather some information on the registration and abstract submission:
- The registration is open between 01.10. and 30.11. Please note that there is a limit on the number of participants (maximum 150)!
- Registration fee for the full meeting is 150 Euro.
- Abstract submission will be possible between 01.10. and 30.11.
- You have to create an account to register here. Simply click on Register now. This account also allows you to submit an abstract.
- Please be aware to choose the right billing address when creating your account, often it has to be the address of your institution.
- You can choose between two options to register for this workshop:
- Standard (full time)
- One day (if you plan to come only for one day)
- After a successfull registration you will receive two mails for invoice and booking confirmation.
- There is a barcode on your booking confirmation which is needed for registration on site. Please bring a hard copy of your booking confirmation when you come to Mainz.
- In case of cancellation: if you have paid the invoice, please contact us (utls@uni-mainz.de) in any case before you cancel your registration. In this case the cancellation fees are at least 10 € but can be higher if you cancel your registration by yourself.
